Refund policy
At 4L, every piece of apparel is created specifically for you when you order it. Because of this on-demand process, our return and refund policy is strictly limited to size exchanges and replacements for defective gear. We do not offer standard refunds or accept returns for general buyer's remorse.
We know that getting the right fit and flawless gear is essential for the journey ahead, so here is how we make sure you are taken care of:
Size Exchanges We want your 4L gear to fit perfectly. If you need a different size of the exact same item, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange.

The apparel must be in its original, resalable condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

To start a size exchange, hit us up at returns@4lclothing.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Damages and Defective Gear Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your gear is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at returns@4lclothing.com. Include a clear photograph of the issue in your email so we can evaluate it and immediately make it right by sending a replacement at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Final Sale Outside of size exchanges and damaged item replacements, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges on clearance/sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
